The special features of this product originated from the flavor of the Black Currant and the fiery Red Wine of the Eger vineyards, which is then matured into vinegar using a traditional procedure.
The red wine used during the process comes from wines of the famous Hungarian - Eger wine cellars, mainly three year old "Bull's Blood" stock. It assures impeccable quality. The Black Currant is also from the area around Eger. This procedure guarantee that the vinegar flavor and aroma reflect all the good qualities what makes the wines of this volcanic area world famous.
Apart from these natural ingredients the product does not contain any additives or preservatives.
