Special Black Currant wine vinegar
In the marketing of wine vinegars it has become common practice to indicate the kind of wine which is used in the process and its place of origin.
Mention also must be made of the fact that the majority of fruit and wine vinegars are made by using a so-called short fermentation process, avoiding several years of maturing the product.
We designed our product taking into consideration the above facts. When creating the recipe and adding the various spices we took great care that one should be able to taste the natural flavour of black currants.
We mature our product for a minimum of one year before bottling, but in some cases we mature our products for several years. On the label we always indicate the length of maturing.
Our first product is a vinegar which has been aged in the cask for two years, and this is the product we would like to introduce to our future customers.
If you would like to taste this special vinegar, even before it appears in the shops, please inform us and we will specially deliver it to you.

If you write in your search engine the word vinegar you will find thousands of products offered all over the world. If you restrict your search to black currant vinegar your list becomes rather short. In this field the usage of black currant is not nearly as wide spread as it is in medicine or herbal products.
