Amigos x siempre ("Friends 4 ever") is a Mexican television series. It first aired in 2000, and 115 episodes were broadcast. Leading cast members included Belinda Schüll, Christopher Uckermann and Martin Ricca.
Aventuras en el tiempo ("Adventures in Time'") is a Mexican television series from 2001. This telenovela is performed completely in Spanish and features a young pre-teen girl named Violeta. She lives with her uncle, because her mother died soon after she was born and she never knew her father.
Violeta lives with her uncle, but goes to stay with her grandmother as well. Violeta also has a boyfriend named Ángel who gives her a pet dog. While at her grandmother's house, Violeta discovers a time machine that her grandfather built, and she and some other kids travel to different time periods.
The adults also end up traveling in time with the kids, and they also end up going to more recent time periods like the 1980s, where Violeta meets her mother and witnesses her own birth and her mother's death.
Main cast of characters
Cómplices al Rescate is a Mexican telenovela starring Belinda as two twins who were separated at birth. This is the story "Mariana Cantú" and "Silvana Del Valle", the twins in question. Silvana is taken away from her mother and sister at birth. After 11 years, the twins meet again. They see the resamblance between them, and Silvana asks Mariana to change places so that she can get a part in a famous band called Cómplices Al Rescate. When the kidnappers of Silvana realize that the twins met, they decide to kidnap Mariana too. Now the members of "Complices Al Rescate" have to help Mariana and Silvana and get them back to their mom.
Corazones al límite is Mexican telenovela about a teenage girl named Diana (Sara Maldonado) who has felt emotionally neglected from her parents, as she feels she is unwanted. After getting kicked out of a boarding school in Switzerland, Diana goes back to living with her parents. Diana's aunt, Pilar, comes over and witnesses really bad fighting and tension and offers solace to Diana with letting her live with her. Diana goes to the mall where she bumps into Braulio (Aarón Díaz) and keeps bumping into him in various places, especially school.
Braulio was orphaned when he was about ten years old, and lives with his wicked aunt; his kind, but oblivious uncle; and his cruel cousin, Esteban (Jorge De Silva). Braulio has a friend named Conny (Sherlyn) who tries to date Braulio, but he isn't interested. Conny absolutely hates Diana as he is attracted to her. Braulio later finds out that Diana comes from a rich background, something Diana never told him, which leads to them splitting up. Diana later ends up dating Esteban, unknowing that he is Braulio's wicked cousin.
In addition to this, when Aunt Pilar (Erika Buenfil) first registers Diana into school, she meets her long lost love, Álvaro, who works at the school. Álvaro also works with Emma, who has feelings for him, but now that Pilar is back in the picture, Álvaro wants to try and get back Pilar, until he mistakenly thinks Pilar is married, and then sleeps with Emma. After finding out this mistake, Álvaro goes back to Pilar, but keeps his affair with Emma a secret, even when she asks if there was anything going on. The jealous Emma finds out that Álvaro is dating Pilar after seeing the two at a restaurant. She later discovers she is pregnant and lies to Álvaro, telling him that she is positive that he is the father. (She doesn't mention that she had also slept with Esteban.)
