At the Daily Planet, Chloe talks to Clark in South America and asks him to come back. After he agrees, a Dr. Caselli arrives to meet with Chloe. She asks him about the fact he’s signed out prisoners from Belle Reve and whether it’s involved with 33.1 He draws a gun on her but before he can shoot her, a superspeed figure blurs through and tosses the gun to her. Clark arrives a second later and says it was someone else, and Clark chases after the figure… Bart Allen. Bart finally lets him catch up to him.

Later Clark meets with Chloe who reveals Caselli was released by a LuthorCorp lawyer. Bart shows up and flirts with her. After she leaves, Bart reluctantly admits that he’s working as a courier but Clark is skeptical. Clark at least offers to travel down with him to Mexico to grab a burrito.

Oliver and Lois arrive at his tower penthouse but they’re interrupted by a phone call for Queen. He’s forced to beg off and Lois is upset. He suggests they take a vacation but needs to take care of a few things first. Once she’s gone, he checks his message, which simply says “Game on.”

At the manor, Lionel confronts Lex about the fact that six LuthorCorp facilities have been hit and they’re all connected to 33.1 Lex assures him the mainframe is secure but Lionel isn’t comforted. Lex reveals he has a security picture from Mexico of someone moving at superspeed. After they leave, Bart superspeeds in and downloads info from the computer. He then signals to meet someone at a rendezvous. He arrives seconds later and a figure drops out of the shadows: Green Arrow.

Clark arrives at Lionel’s office the next day and confronts him over Caselli. Lionel denies any involvement and shows him the speedster’s photo. Clark denies any involvement to Lionel then goes to confront Bart, who is eating with Martha. After she leaves, Bart says he can’t explain and leaves as Clark vows to investigate.

Clark meets with Chloe as Lois is packing to go with Oliver. After she leaves, he explains that Bart can superspeed and asks him to GPS his cell phone. When that fails, she tracks a call that he’s made to one of Oliver’s subsidiary companies. Meanwhile, Bart breaks into another LuthorCorp facility and starts downloading files, but is caught by an electrical trap and knocked unconscious. Lex arrives to take possession of him.

The next day, Clark confronts Oliver who tells him about 33.1 and says his “team” is working on it. Two people arrive: Arthur Curry and Victor Stone.

Bart wakes up in a cell and Lex wants to know who he’s working for. When Bart doesn’t answer, Lex activates the pressure plates in his cell: if Bart doesn’t keep moving he’ll be electrocuted.

Oliver and his team are working to locate Bart and narrow it down to 100 miles. Clark suggests they get help, and he goes to Chloe. She gets a lead and Clark tells her to get the info to Oliver while he goes to the Ridge Facility where he’s located. Clark slips in where Chloe meets with Oliver and tells him where Clark went. They prepare to move out to check out the facility and Chloe realizes that the facility is also being used to store meteor rocks. Sure enough, Clark enters the lead-lined vault and collapses.

Green Arrow knocks out two guards and then the team enters while Chloe coordinates from his “watchtower.” Victor (codename “Cyborg”) interfaces with the alarm system and Arthur (codename “Aquaman”) enters from the harbor entrance. Green Arrow and Cyborg go in on foot and Cyborg goes off on a separate mission, while in his cell Bart begins to slow down form exhaustion. Each of them individually takes out the guards, with Green Arrow knocking out one who has found Clark. Green Arrow sends him to get Bart then heads off, planting explosives.

Cyborg and Aquaman meet up and Cyborg interfaces with the main computer. Clark gets Bart out just in time while Lex arrives to order a lockdown. Green Arrow confronts him and warns that he has ten minutes to get everyone out before the place blows. He then shoots an arrow at Lex, scarring him.

Chloe confirms that everyone has left the building and even Clark agrees to blow up the place. They get out and Green Arrow triggers the charges, destroying the facility.

The next day Lois arrives packed for their vacation but Oliver announces he has to go on a business trip. She asks him to postpone it and he admits she’s the first person he wanted to stay with, but there are more important things in the world then what he wants. She says she won’t wait for him to come back and he warns he won’t be back any time soon. She kisses him one last time before leaving.

At the manor, a scarred Lex has a drink while Lionel reviews their losses. Lex insists they have to continue with 33.1 because the only way to protect freedom and democracy is to fight back with super-powered individuals. Lex suspects Clark’s involvement, but Lionel provides him with an alibi.

Chloe meets with Clark and the team at the Kent barn and Oliver reveals they got the data from the facility and LuthorCorp is setting up 33.1 laboratories across the globe. Oliver and his team will start tracking down the facilities and they ask Clark along. He admits he wants to be a part of it but he has to first deal with the problem he caused with the Zoners. They shake and Oliver’s team departs.
